Kick off your gardening season at the Denver Botanic Gardens' annual Spring Plant Sale!
Spring Plant Sale is here with something for every plant enthusiast! Browse our extensive offerings of florals, fruits and vegetables along with unique native, steppe and adapted plants curated to thrive in Colorado’s climate. Whether you’re looking to reimagine your whole garden or to find an individual houseplant, we have something for everyone. Speak with our expert horticulturists for advice and inspiration while browsing our plethora of plants.
Important details:
* Admission is free, but a reservation is required. Reservations will not be available at the door.
* Access to member reservations begins April 23rd - 25th based on membership level. Public reservations open April 28th at 10:00 am.
* Member-only shopping is available from 8:00 am - 9:00 am. Reservations are required.
* Reservations are subject to availability; membership does not guarantee admission to Spring Plant Sale.
* Last entry is 5:00 pm. The event ends at 6:00 pm.
Plan your visit:
* Arrive early for the best selection. Items are not restocked and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
* Members receive 10 percent off all purchases (must present proof of active membership).
* Bring your own wagon, cart or wheelbarrow to transport plants.
* Credit/debit cards and checks are the only accepted forms of payment.
* The Boettcher Memorial Tropical Conservatory and the Science Pyramid are closed during Spring Plant Sale.

Saturday, May 17th - Tropical Marginal Plant Dividing Demonstration
Location: The Hudson Gardens & Event Center, Greenhouse, Littleton, CO
Plant Division Demonstration
9:00 am - 12:00 pm
Are you curious about how to divide tropical marginal plants like red-stemmed thalia, hardy banana, or taro plants? If you said yes, we will be holding a demonstration near the greenhouse at Hudson Gardens to show how these plants are divided and repotted.
The greenhouse is located just south of the Vegetable and Herb Gardens.
Please join us anytime between 9:00 am - 12:00 pm and come with any questions you may have. Several members of the Club will be on hand to answer questions.

Monday, May 19th - Plant Swap
Location: The Hudson Gardens & Event Center, The Overlook Pavilion, Littleton, CO
Annual Plant Swap
Potluck 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Swap starts at 7:00 pm
Get ready for our Annual Plant Swap. The Plant Swap will be at Hudson Gardens again this year at the same location it was last year – The Overlook pavilion.
To access The Overlook, please enter the gardens via the main entrance on Sante Fe, turn left (South) and proceed on Vinewood until you reach the dirt parking lot located adjacent to The Overlook. Park here and follow the signs to The Overlook. If you park in the Main Lot near the Gift Shop, you will have a longer walk.

We will also have a potluck dinner to enjoy as well as offering Pondtabbs for sale. Please bring an appetizer, salad, side dish, main dish, or dessert to share for the potluck.
